By accessing or using the ChainCheckAPI (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChainCheckAPI provides a RESTful API for validating cryptocurrency wallet addresses. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
3. API Usage and Limits
- Rate Limits: You agree to respect the rate limits associated with your subscription plan (e.g., Free Tier: 30 requests/hour, Premium: 1,000 requests/hour).
- Fair Use: You may not use the API in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volumes, constitutes excessive or abusive usage, or disrupts the Service for other users.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or use the API to facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to cyberattacks or money laundering.
4. Accounts and Keys
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys.
- ChainCheckAPI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
5. Payment and Refunds
- Premium features are billed on a subscription basis (monthly).
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainCheckAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your API access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
